Music Collaborations

I collaborate with artists on songs, features, and creative projects.

Collaborative Song Creation

Flexible sessio

Build a song with focused creative input and a clear sense of direction.

A More Personal Way to Shape Your Sound

I work with artists to develop songs from the first spark through a stronger, more finished concept. Sessions can include songwriting, vocal ideas, arrangement choices, and creative feedback shaped around the project.

The process stays open and practical, giving your ideas room to grow without losing their identity. I listen closely to what you want the song to express, then contribute thoughtfully so the final work feels connected, intentional, and true to the collaboration.

Ideal For

Artists developing an original song
Writers looking for a creative partner
Projects needing vocals or musical direction
Artists refining an unfinished idea

How It Works

Share Your Vision: Tell me about the song, sound, and creative direction you have in mind.
Shape The Session: We decide where my songwriting, vocals, or feedback can support the project.
Create And Refine: We develop the material together and identify the next steps for the finished work.

About

I Keep It Moving

.Jesi James is a New York–bred artist whose sound has never lived in one box. Beginning as a singer, he earned a scholarship to study jazz at The New School before establishing himself in hip-hop as a member of the tri-state rap group Koolweirdos, whose journey included a record deal with Universal.

After years of sharpening his identity as a rapper, songwriter and performer, Jesi has returned to the vocal foundation where his story began. His recent music blends classic R&B and melodic songwriting with hip-hop, while reconnecting with his Haitian roots through kompa and gouyad-inspired records that have introduced a new energy to his catalog.

Today, Jesi James represents the full evolution — singer, rapper and songwriter — bringing New York grit, Caribbean culture and real musicianship into one sound.
